Unfortunately, debt is a way of life in America. We are all selfish and want what we want NOW! Well, this family is about to make a transformation! Somehow we think that we should have the same standard of living that our parents do...without the required 30-40 years to acquire it. In comes debt! 90 days same as cash, interest free financing...if you have a pulse you can buy something on credit. Unfortunately we have fallen into this deceptive trap. The Bible says, "The rich rules over the poor, and the borrower becomes the lender's slave." in Proverbs 22:7.
We are done being the slave. We WILL NOT BORROW AGAIN and we will aggressively pay off our debt to be FREE. We will then leave a legacy for our children that will provide a foundation for selfless giving of our resources! HOORAY!

Hey! We just got on board for the Dave Ramsey course! Amazing! Keep up the good work! We have been having a ton of fun selling everything we don't "need" on ebay, and getting ready for a garage sale. Plus, I signed up to be a Pampered Chef consultant, so I'm having fun, and earning a little extra for a sinking fund :) God is Good!
